it is sad and we don’t know the end yet ( not sure if the author has mentioned whether or not this will be an HE or BE. the first chapter states that they aren’t in contact anymore, like smth bad happened, and now we are in the past. if you’ve read backlight, well it’s the same storyline format ( going back in the past ).
