Yeah they ended up together, but he’s definitely not a dirty slut. It’s unfortunate that basically every time our MC is having sex it isn’t really consensual so I fear you might have judged him a bit too quickly.
That’s not to say he isn’t promiscuous though, he just only has eyes for Sorin, but circumstances make it look like doesn’t.
I get your point, but I think you're focusing too much on the non-consensual parts. Yes, there were situations where the MC was raped, forced, and I'm not only talking about those. I'm talking about his overall lifestyle. There was even a chapter where he said he would live his new life with pleasure.
Also, calling him "promiscuous" doesn't really change much for me. That's pretty much why I called him a slut in the first place. He may only have eyes for Sorin emotionally, but physically he's still been touched by many men, and that's just not something I personally like in an MC.
No need to take this further, though. I actually continued reading because it's a unique manhua and way less censored than most. It just wasn't for me, and I feel like I wasted my time reading it. That's my opinion.

Fair enough, this story wasn’t really my cup of tea either. I guess I just don’t really have a specific type of MC I like so I didn’t have an issue with him. I totally understand that you do though!
I'm speechless after reading just one chapter. One thing is for sure MC is a slut. Why the author even bother adding a plot (knight x master trope) when it feels like it's just the MC's sex tape collection? I was looking for a manhua that is less censored, but I definitely wasn't expecting this. Did they end up together? I feel bad for the ML that his future partner is a dirty slut with a high body count.
