I understand for the sake of the plot the true turning point in ML’s feelings isn’t explored thoroughly but I think that’s what feels like it’s missing to me. He goes from cold and cocky to suddenly obsessed and open about his love which feels a bit out of character. Ngl I wished he struggled a little to grasp the fact he’s ultimately a simp.
