Basically, after they both realized their feelings for each other, alex told nathan that alphas should only be with omegas which nathan hates. Alex hurt his feelings there. But alex did that to protect nathan since alex is being threatened by this asshole(this mf wants alex to date his younger omega brother who has a crush on alex) who wants to spread fake pics of nathan. Alex has hormonal imbalance bc he has traumas from omegas after “breaking up” with Nathan and he refused to sleep/have sex.
