well there a another way for someone to get pregnant without doing a sex. i forgot what it was called, but it was done if there were someone who’s willing to have a child but dont want to get pregnant or cant be really pregnant. the thing there is the guy only needs to give their cum without doing sex with that person.

Ohh i see, now it does make sense! I thought when they keep calling the mc "Surrogate" was for someone who had contract marriage and agreed to give birth to their respective contract partner. Something like they agreed to make a baby by direct sexual intercourse without any feeling (purely based on contract)
Can somebody pls explain why did he seem like he doesn't know the ML is? I mean isn't he already pregnant with his baby? They could've at least known each other if they had done the "deed" or was it somebody's else baby?
