Yknow what would be a great plotline-HER MOM. Like nothing greater than the love of a mom. Not to mention its already been hinted that the mom does in fact not hate her. But like we alr know where this is going so whatever

Pls by the name of any fucking god you serve[forgive me if you are non-religious] pls pls change the ml or make this a fucking non romance as a writer do not be scared to take risks for the ultimate happiness of your character, take Dorothy from "the tyrant wants to live honestly" she was so inlove with the her past husband but she followed a new path in her new life and ended up with an even greater happiness.
