I'm not sure about this one, as there is no certain point to prove, but I think there are many hints to think that there would be a mpreg from the beginning too.
There was a talking about Doram being a man is not a problem as Prince can take a concubine later for his need. As similar as in Fever Dream. But I felt like Prince has no intention to do it, so as he being a God himself... well, I don't see a problem not to happen. So, fingers crossed!

And yea that concubine thing will never happen. The least case, they would rely on the black tiger’s sister for the successor. But still praying for that divine miracle for mpreg. I just know doram’s baby would be the cutest!
