He considers Heonjae being in his home as "another mouth to feed". It honestly suprises me how Myeongil is this committed and ready to house and take care of Heonjae.
Even though Heonjae was the one who kept promising to make money for Myeongil so they can live together, in the end, Myeongil still takes it upon himself to be the main provider.
While Jingi is here going delirious with the idea of Myeongil and Heonjae living together. Seeing them as the couple on TV living a happy life together sharing a home, which Jingi is evidently jealous of.
So, when real life Myeongil walks in the room, he imagines them in a setting where they live together. He imagines Myeongil and himself wearing normal clothes and are currently in a house together as he makes Myeongil do... that.
