Gosh love braun. I always end up imagining his voice to be like Caine's from TADC.

Also why do they keep referring to Soleum as Mr. Noru?

Noru or 노루 is roe deer.

It’s essentially the written name for it. Normally when translating a story if something is used as a name or form of addressing someone, they don’t use direct translations and instead opt for the Korean written pronunciation. This is something I’ve observed often in fan translations for several series out there.

It’s kind of like how the name “Dokja” directly translated means reader. So if it was used in a sentence for example: “Wow you’re such a good reader.” They would directly translate it, but if it were used in a name sort of way like; “it’s nice to meet you Mr. Reader.” They would realize that reader is a name and should be instead used as directly written so the sentence now becomes; “it’s nice to meet you Mr. Dokja.”

In this case with Noru it was meant to stay as “roe deer” for the relevance to the story, but the translators felt that it being used in a name sense meant it had to be directly written based on Korean pronunciation.

I hope I explained that well and answered your question in an understandable manner.
