Analyzing the plot and defending a character aren't the same thing. They're discussing whether the narrator is reliable, not saying anyone's actions were justified.
Just say you don’t care about the plot and move on. This barely even mentions Guwon and is just pointing out all the hints about MC’s character. You chose to read a dark story that is set in a ZOMBIE APOCALYPSE where everyone is a murderer eventually.

Yeah now that u mention it in chap 24 when guwon found jinwoo he was with his dad and guwon "killed" according to jinwoos "memory" and in chap 0 when guwon finds jinwoo there was a robber trying to kill him so which one is the real one?

Omg reading a manga/manwha/comic requires more than just looking at the pictures. Authors suggests things through different methods within their drawings. Nothing is unintentional and this is the very basic of comic theory, so if something doesn't match or adds up it has meaning!! Is not our fault you only read a story superficially. Grow some critical thinking abilities before trying complex works like this one.

YALL PAY ATTENTION. It seems like a ton of readers only remember and process the shocking parts of the story and every single little hint shown in the story is thrown out of their brains. Like what another user pointed out, MC is not a reliable narrator AT ALL. The author has been sprinkling this throughout the story yet hardly any reader has pointed it out (except rare few) and only are talking about the ML.
REREAD CHAPTER 0. It shows the speech of people being robbed. The robber showing up and seeing mc, threatening to kill him. ML kills him and you can see the robber’s outfit. Now read chapter 24. Same outfit as the father and the father mentions how ppl were chasing him. Hints that the father stole and harmed the ppl he stole from(?) The speech of what MC “remembered” in the latest chapter doesn’t match what the robber said in chapter 0. So where did that robber’s speech come from?
Now onto the suspicions of the MC. MC has been shown to have a poor memory. He has been shown to attack ML in an unconscious state TWO TIMES. MC has the ability to attack and defend himself without even realizing. There’s obviously something that’s missing about MC and readers keep forgetting that.
OH to add on ANOTHER POINT: in chapter 24 you see the first time the father left MC, MC was sat upright by a wall. The next time the father came back, MC is laying on the ground, far from where he was. What happened between those times?? How did MC move spots?
I wouldn’t be surprised if MC really was the one to kill his father.
