I’ll say it again

I don’t trust Teach. Dont get me wrong, I don’t mean this in a “plot twist main character is actually the villain” type of way. I don’t think this is a hero and villain story like jinwoo is trying to show us. Instead, I honestly believe guwon is right: him and teach are extremely alike. This whole story is being told from teach’s pov and there are many MANY things that just don’t make sense. Which tells us he is either 1) intentionally hiding/twisting things 2) mentally impaired and unfortunately unaware of reality. But honestly I believe the first one makes more sense. Guwon has never, not for a single moment, pretended to be something he’s not and jinwoo felt strongly attracted to him. He saw how he was and felt things. Now he’s acting all surprised like he didn’t know how guwon was really like??? Jinwoo is manipulating guwon to give him what he wants and hes also manipulating the other characters and us readers. This is an apocalyptic society, Guwon killing people is what led the townspeople here, alive and going. And Teach most likely killed his father too, and probably other people we don’t know yet, not to mention his multiple attempts at killing guwon in his sleep. To be honest I’m hoping the two of them are a match made in hell and that they cause chaos together.

I think you might be cooking something really interesting there, especially about the mc "twisting" things, it makes sense when we see he has weird episodes of trying to hurt himself in his sleep, besides trying to kill Guwon too

He also seems to have some symptoms of a person with trauma or PTSD, so idk the truth behind, but I'm really loving these theories (๑•ㅂ•)و✧

thank you bc you get it. this story is so complex with an ONGOING mystery told by an unreliable narrator and still ppl are reading it at face value and missing obvious breadcrumbs. anyway, love your interpretation and "a match made in hell" is exactly what they are!!!
