There is not a single thing that mc did wrong. He doesn't believe in the name thing, he is being bullied by ml, and mc's biggest question is "do you like me because you have my name or because who I am". He's doing what he thinks is good for ML, and that f..ker is like "let's hide the fact that you also have my name on you and fall in love with me because I'm irresistible...oh no, you don't want me? let's never talk again"
