But the point of their relationship ISN'T that it's all better because the Uke saved the same becoming a hero. I think you're missing the complexity of their feelings especially later on when they've like gone raw, they found comfort and emotional connection or support between them, they both expressed mutual honesty to their feelings eventually. I don't condone/support rape at all but the story shows that it definitely affects people negatively, and their happy relationship doesn't excuse or make that suddenly disappear because the manga acknowledges that their wounds wouldn't completely shut as they put it. Theyve genuinely shown growth for the better which is a lesson that's beautiful to take. respectfully < 3
This pissed me off. I hated how their resolution between each other just felt empty and not deserved. The author literally just made bro almost get raped again and then have his rapist save him and now everything’s ok??? I think the fuck not, they shouldn’t of had any good ending together and it simply ended in hate I don’t like this
