I was thinking the exact thing! I looked at Dear Door's artist name and it's not the same. I wonder if they were influenced by the characters and some of the themes. Ie: Something inside the person (Seed/Door), Earth is being used for energy. I wonder if that seed will be something more inside of Han, similar to how Kyungjoon had Michael inside.
This reminds me of dear door so much, the art has the same vibe and the intimacy is drawn just as extremely as it was in that manhwa, are any of the artist or writer connected to that or smth
