If youre looking at a story/title, you can usually scroll and see the tags that are usually used for the story. For me, since I'm on a laptop, It's on the right hand side of my screen if I scroll down. Not sure how it is on mobile. I also create lists and photo albums and you can add tags that you can type yourself. Once you create the list or album, you can click the tag
oh and I just noticed when you do click a tag, theres a search bar too so you can look that way as well lol
