Because in their time, no one could possibly imagine using someone else's organs can make a person live again, they think its not human, thats why set up a whole ass simulation to observe tauser. What a bunch of baloney these guys are bruh.
Anyways this was a good read, i am very sad thats is so short, the art is good and the concept is beautiful. I hope it gets serialized into a longer series..but i doubt it
