He even said just being friends was an option that didnt immediately occur to him lmfao. I agree that the romance isnt super developed, but its a 7 chapter smut manhwa. Literally anything whether it be gay, straight, lesbian would not have a strong romantic plot line
The more I think about it the more I really do think it was just a moment of fear and internalized homophobia rather than him being "turned gay". Bro literally has posters of a half naked woman AND man, and also clearly had no aversion to making out and being groped by his bf. It's assumed hes never had sex before, and he had a traumatic time in the military surrounded by rough and tough guys that likely were also homophobic. I also think that scene where the guy was asking for a mop while bullying the other was for.....not great reasons. I genuinely think he just panicked once sex was on the table. It also served as a device to force him to be honest abt the initial reason he approached him which led to them being closer after making up.

U never see that in manhwa. I would assume the author's not actually a gay man, probably not even a semblance of queerness because how do you just turn gay? It's clearly portrayed that the black hair is not into guys but one episode later he's suddenly ready to have butt sex? That's not how it's work babe, really disappointing.
