A lot of fans say there a hint of romance in the side novel with that tang girl cuz she likes him and trains to ascend to meet him.
It ends there but fans thinks she the closest to being a heroine.
It's only a fan ship, the author made the side story about what happen to her. The Tang girl has feelings for the MC yes, but he doesn't return them romantically and instead sees her as family, the same way he sees the others.
Damn, so i've been lied to by other novel readers. (=・ω・=)
throughout there is no romance you can read
Good news! I've read the web novel myself, and it doesn't have any romance. Anyone saying it does is spreading misinformation.
