Ok so is obviously a misunderstanding on the ML part, the one he loves isn't Kira, she doesn't even know him. Kiran is the one that he falls for because he gets to know him unlike the real Kira who is missing because she ran away. The ML doesn't know her as a person he only thinks he loves her because he thinks she is the one that saved his life in the past. Did you even read the story? The fact that he is showing affection and is intimate with Kiran doesn't mean he is cheating, is their love story btw in case you didn't notice. And if you wanna talk about infidelity how about the fact that he slept with the wife of one of his knights??? That's is infidelity, for Kiran who he is married to, not Kira who he doesn't even know!
