So they shouldn't have same right to decide. Yes the doctor only said they need document to prove the dad KNOWS, but what are the chances the dad would threat the one pregnant to give birth or kill them or god knows what. Its completely violating the right for privacy. Also why should the hospital know who's the dad that's personal. Also what of the pregnant one doesn't know who the dad is?
