No, Grayson isn't the favorite child. In his story he is the only single left, so his parents are more concerned about him, since the others already found partner(s) who love them and stabilized them. In addition the other children keep away.
And Grayson was most likely the pontentially most dangrous of the children and looks like Dominic, so Ashley alway keeps an eye on him.
