The literal one thing I remember is that the MC liked a guy, and the MC, guy, and ML went out for dinner to some Italian place. The mc pretended to like Italian food for the guy and the guy thought that the MC favorite food was Italian. The mc hates Italian food and so did the ml. If im not wrong later on the ml takes the MC to some Italian place bc he thinks he likes it. Genuinely don't know why this is the only thing I remember, I don't even remember what they look like.
