This one is driving me crazy!! Looking for a 2000s/early-2010s manga. Main couple is a yakuza heir with dark, slicked-back hair and a blond host with long-ish hair. Both have a pretty big build but their heir is broader. They meet at the hosts's work and the heir keeps coming back and requesting him. Their relationship is going well until the heir's glasses-wearing brother (?) privately offers the host money to break up; the host refuses the money but agrees to leave for the heir's future. The heir immediately knows the host doesn't actually want to break up (cried while he was trying), sends a friendly aide to "kidnap" the host to the family estate, dresses him in a kimono, and they seek approval from the clan head/grandfather. There's a joke about the host becoming the ane-san. It's a yakuza stroy, but it's mostly about their relationship. The author's note mentioned trying to create a non-stereotypical uke.
