Yeah its good representation. Where im from abortions are legal (but socially frowned upon), but for example if you want a hysterectomy for any reason even medical ones, you need a signed approval from your partner. And you will also be denied one if you dont have any kids. My friends mother had to get one due to uterine cancer but she had to convince her doctor that they dont want any more kids and her husband had to come in to confirm HE consents to this.

Most people I come across saying they aren't reading it anymore but this is perfect representation of our world these days(done on purpose or not) Omegas in omegaverses are essentially in the same position as women. That is true representation of our world's reality and that how our world treated women.
