Yup, I don't really like hunter's gonna lay low, same with Honbul, I think the plot was similar. Like these MCs just wanna be left alone and the weak ass mls are just harassing them at that point, makes the ml unattractive and the mc not very likable all in one go..
Just like Mission Save the Hunter.

Yeah I thought I would like Hunter's gonna lay low? But I think the reason for the isolation made a world of difference for me. It was much more indepth and PTSD that caused the mc in mission: save the hunter to isolate himself. He was so traumatized but stil wanted to help how he could. Whereas, the MC in hunters gonna lay low felt like he was just annoyed at his past self for serving the world and wanted to be selfish now and ask everyone to fuck off?
Well if I’m being honest of course I like Mission save the Hunter novel (not the manhwa ) so I get you.. as for THGLL his ptsd wasn’t highlighted like Yoon and I believe his desire to stay out of trouble is rooted when he was told to live quietly while he was inside the rift. Not gonna force you tho but hope you’ll consider it one day.
