This story makes me believe that if u read it, some inner childhood trauma can be healed. As much as I love romance and couples, familial bonds and angst hits me so much harder than romance angst. Especially when it regards grandparents. This story focuses on parents/grandparents' love and it just reminds me of my grandparents who work in the gardens in their old age and other elders I know who still care for their chickens.
It's all just so beautiful. And the story diving into children feeling unloved or growing too fast (like becoming mature at a young age bc they had no adults to rely on) just makes me wish all children could get the love they deserve. Haebom and Sung (or now Kwon Ho hehe) raising their baby together is so sweet. They truly care for her and will be her protectors for life lol. And Haebom saying he wants to outlive Ho STFU I'M SOBBING
