I mean this is parody manga, people probably think is gonna be funny and ironic if mc really ended with men. Also there's qna in official acc that told mc to give up being mob, i think the author already know there's a lot shipping/ship war stuff in this fandom
I don't get why ppl genuinely ship mob with anyone (or they hope mc ends up w a character) when mc makes it clear he absolutely hates it, like that's the literal plot... arent yall mischaracterizing him...? (no hate)
