I really hope the title is connected to the story. Sisyphus cheated death twice, angered the gods so he was forced to push a big boulder up a hill then it'll slip away from his hands, go to the bottom and he'll have to start again - for eternity.
Is ML Sisyphus? Those marks on his body suggests he's been experimented at least especially since Uke is now starting to wonder if he's even human. If so, i wonder what he did to get that punishment or if he was born like that and can't die
