The art is... relatively pretty... but the dresses, aside the one she used at the party, are not... and that hairdo at the party was ugly too... clothing and style aside... I can't bring myself to like Mc... honestly, she looks like a kid most of time... and behaves like one too... 8th grade syndrome much? Honestly a lot of things make little sense in this... like... things happen in a unrealistic way... in a way that makes the story weird and full of holes... and because of Mc's personality and look, especially compared to her "husband" I can't help but feel that pedo vibe from this comic... Not to mention how lightly Ml's being assaulted, not once, but twice, as a kid was treated... you don't put something that heavy in a story just to justify someone being "cold" and leave it be and not deal with it. Such a terrible situation being used as a "prop" was terrible. And there's also her whole thieving and abusive family situation... it's just... a lot more that I dislike compared to what I like. No matter how "sweet" and "healing each other" they try to make this about... it just doesn't cut it for me. To the point I don't even want to looks for spoilers from the novel just to know how things would end. The only thing I genuinely liked in this was the teacher and it's not enough to motivate me to read it.
