There isn't much tbh. We know that:

1. It's the apocalypse
2. MC has something going on that makes him sleepwalk and have violent tendencies while sleeping
3. ML also has something going on that makes him lack empathy
4. ML controls that group by influence/violence
5. Part of the group wants to overthrow ML, but can't due to lack of power

Now what we need to know:

1. What's going on with MC and ML?
2. Will ML be overthrown?

(Apparently, no one wants to find a cure or solution to the apocalypse)
