I went ahead and read the novel, well part of it. It’s super cliche with financial disparity between the mc and ml. Mc got wrongly accused and is left with a huge debt and the guy who scammed him got him a job at a club. There he met the ml who asked him whether he was selling his “hole” or not, mc declined and left with a good tip again. On the day he was supposed to make a payment he found out that the club basically takes most of your pay and the workers are basically stuck with no option other than selling themselves to make some sort of money. Mc was given a deadline of 3 days and on the third day, he approached the ml to see if the offer was still valid. Ml took him up on It, and the “consensual” not so Consensual stuff happened with mc backing out in the middle but ml not letting him. Later ml only seeked out mc while humiliating it, using violence ( slapping, hitting) and basically being an asshole in general. Mc did accept all this under the circumstances, since the scammer had started harassing his grandma as well. Ive gotten up to the part where ml finally moves to a hotel room instead of the sofa. We are supposed to think there is a little character development because he held the mc’s cheek AFTER he slapped him for not taking his clothes off fast enough because he was worried it may hurt a bit.
