Idk but I heard some people play like an annoying song until they finish studying. Hmmm, maybe you can tell your mom to take your phone away for a few hours until you complete studying? Or just blackmail yourself, like give like some of money to your friends and you need to set a due date and if you pass the due date than either you never get the money back or you pay an ‘interest’ (like for everyday you dont complete it you lose a dollar), itll prob be more efficient the first way tho
Oo or if youre way too broke for that (that might be good tho lol, will motivate you harder), you can do something like posting a embarrassing photo or vid on ur story or sending it to someone random
