did the ml rape the mc? planning to read but I'm so fed up with rape scenes

Thankfully not between the main couple I love them, but the mc does get raped by other "love interest" and the second couple gets started with some non con, in both cases using heats/ ruts as an excuse. They never acknowledged it as rape as always
