i literally just commented the same thing omg. how is mc not appalled that his father hit the person he likes in the head and left him to bleed out?? i don’t understand the “reconciling” arc with his father or the motive behind it all. he wants his father, who abused him and abandoned him with a huge debt, to be happy so he just invites him to live together?? for what? did he not hear all the cunning remarks that old man made about using the money he won?? i cannot understand him at all.
