1. the obvious: the bottom asking to stop and the top not listening; 2. the whole “raising him” situation. I understand that he is not human, he is not a child, he is a dragon and therefore born like an adult, but fuck, he said that Taehyuk was like a father to him and that was hard to swallow; 3. I hated that Taehyuk cut his brother out of his life. I know he made mistakes and he admits that, it was an unhealthy obsession, but in the new life he wasn’t imposing it anymore. Maybe because it took me a long time between chapters I forgot crimes that he committed in the new life, if yes, please let me know. But if not, can’t he have character development? In the yaoi world, characters like Taeju from Low Tide in Twilight can “turn into a green flag” in the public eye, a literal rapist, but a brother who would try to kill himself just to see if Taehyuk would care can’t evolve? I’m not saying he is right. Maybe the author really wanted us to hate him and create a sub-narrative that, if he wasn’t Taehyuk’s brother, he would try to be his lover or whatever to fulfill his obsession. But they could have had a better ending. The whole family could have had a redemption by going to the wedding. It’s fiction, so it’s fine, but I couldn’t avoid thinking about how relationships built on isolation can mess people up. But again, it’s fiction, the romance is with a dragon, for fuck’s sake.
