This storyline didn't work for me. I understand that Julian was there for her and supported her, but her sudden proposal right after seeing her ex-husband and children felt forced rather than natural. The transition from gratitude and emotional vulnerability to romance was far too abrupt, making the whole situation seem unrealistic and poorly developed.
