Not sure why "Hirowa" posted this notice and what kind of authority they have to do so, but S3 is a continuation of S2 and will pick the story back up where it left on chapter 60 in the next chapter. THIS IS NOT AN AU BS! The author probably meant that the main story ended with S2 and that they'll be continuing S3 as a side story, not that it's unrelated to the main plot.
Side note: At the start of the series, Flin mentions that he hasn't seen Andrea in over 7 years and that he's 23 years old now. Doing the math, it would make Andrea roughly 16 years old when he left Flin. If that's the case, it would make sense that they went to middle and high school together. I am confused as to why they later wrote that Andrea was last seen when he was 11. Now what Flin said makes more sense than the missing ad.
