This is the OG and first title I think of when it comes to those who can see red string x fated lovers tropes. It's very popular in Japan and has had multiple successful volumes.
- Red string quests (Korean manhwa) is very popular and steamy. Both characters can see the red string.
Looking for BL reccs where the MC has "itome" eyes/thread eyes. (I looked up the name for it) but it's those types of eyes you see drawn on certain characters in anime/manga where their eyes look closed.
