IM DAMN SURE HE STILL IS ALIVE.. considering there was no confirmation of him being 'dead' or getting 'killed'. 'he fell into the water' is what the detective/police guy said so I'm basing shi off of that TT (I'll be in the author's refrigerator if Jian ain't alive)
