Idkk because there are cracks and all from where our MC fell from but then they still find edible food and medicine, made me wonder if that place once had civilization, and if it did how did it even become abyss, because to me it looks like some place where humans had lived and not just a copy of human world to trap it's victims........idk if I'm dumb or overthinking (╥﹏╥)

Idk if this is explained in the novel , but Since its abyss maybe its like an alt universe/dimension type or smth (?) like an alt dimension where the world has fallen/doom/destroyed . Thats why they hv meds and stuffs (just a theory)
