That's becoz he became omega in the first story by consuming some medicine, but in second life he became omega naturally so there was no problem with having kids and in second life kloff did not torture him physically and mentally
so after like 3 round? we finally here and I don't want to ruin it but he gotten sicker and sicker every time he had a kid eventually he died of childbirth. but he's fine in the last story? not only that, he has one more incoming.
