There is a lot of r*pe and non stop for days, at that, bupt the ML still cares a lot for the MC and you can clearly see that. (i dont consent of rape, i have had my bucket filled, i've read many manhwa and mangas and manhua and the mc always forgave which is so frustrating)
Though there was some redemption in the middle, where the ML regrets what he's done and takes care of the MC when he suffered and ended up in the hospital, I don't think it was enough.(the redemption wasnt very long similar to Jinx and so many ...)
He still almost r*ped the MC a few times there and completely left MC's life for a while, as he wished for it.
He attempts to talk to MC a few times, but got send away every time. (they have big issue of communication the new trend!)
After MC sees ML with a new boyfriend, the ML tells him he loves him and just like that, he was forgiven.
I really wished for ML to struggle/try/suffer more.
So the "reunion" of the two was too rushed for me.
They didn't talk about anything (MC only explained what happened that night), they literally confessed, fcked, were happily ever after.
But I did like it that they didn't just gloss over the r*pe.
MC enjoyed it to some extent and still loved ML and I liked how they wrote the struggle of MC about being pulled to two sides at once. He hated it and he liked it and was confused. I think this is a very realistic response if you love someone, instead of just feeling hatred or nothing at all.
So like its not realistic at all cuz imagine in rl a girl gets raped by her boyfriend multiple times and then after the millionth time he begs for forgiveness would you accept him in your life and still love him? No. The end
