For all the talk about how terrible Sugusato is, how problematic Sugusato shippers are, and how we're supposedly ruining the fandom, most of us are just reading doujins, sharing fanart, writing fics, and talking about characters we like.
Meanwhile, there are people spending hours searching for content they hate, arguing under posts they don't enjoy, creating new accounts after being blocked, and sending threats to strangers.
And somehow we're supposed to be the unreasonable ones?
At this point, I don't think some of you hate Sugusato.
I think some of you have made hating Sugusato part of your personality.
Because I cannot imagine dedicating this much time, energy, and emotion to something I dislike.
When I don't like a ship, I scroll.
When I don't like a manga, I drop it.
When I don't like a creator, I mute them.
I move on.
I certainly don't spend my day chasing strangers across the internet over fictional characters.
That's the difference.
Sugusato is a hobby for me.
For some of you, hating Sugusato seems to be a full-time job.
