The sub always feeling nervous and having anxiety doesn’t sit right with me, the dom is letting his emotions take over the play for the second time i think, sub didn’t say the safe word but u gotta realize that especially if the sub has anxiety or its his first dom/sub relationship he may think it will kill the mood or something so they just continue, hthey might also convince themselves they are overthinking or something, and that is not a healthy dom/sub relationship
