Jiwook currently suffers with guilt and trauma from past and present events, he's heavily attached to Juyeon. Literally match made in hell, all the wrong things happen

Nah he stops pimping him out. They have sex but I guess it's "consensually" now.
And yes your intuition is correct. Jiwook becomes obsessed with Juyeon to the point where he craves his attention and can't stand when juyeon leaves him alone by himself because of schizophrenia or PTSD (or both).
Juyeon becomes more dedicated to pleasing Jiwook and he stops pursuing a lot of his folks to take care of Jiwook.
