Yes actually!! I have no experience but I have friends that have told me it's actually painful due to how small the hole is, for both parties. The anal hole isn't made to stretch the same way as a vagina (a vagina is elastic and can return to its original shape) even with proper stretching it's still painful, but some people are into that! And some just get used to it.
