as weve seen from his upbringing its left quite a physiological impact on his behaviour seeing as he tried to help his mum with the baby im assuming his old mum tried to make him quiet with the pillow or hes seen her do it which correlates to him doing it to the baby as behaviour is learned your average child wouldn’t think to do that. So because of the impact his birth mom gave him it fucked up his way as a child shouldn’t know to mask their feelings at 4 years old coming from a paediatrician this story is rlly written well
