Don't get me wrong, I don't support or like the actions either of them committed. Aeroc's mistake was awful, but so was the endless abuse he faced. Kloff torturing Aeroc endlessly for years and making him have 6 children even though he knew Aeroc's body could only handle maybe two, was just gruesome. At the end of the day, though, they are both not innocent and accept each other regardless of their past actions towards each other. Thank god for a new timeline with Rapiel alive and well, though. I just liked that the author didn't necessarily make Aeroc a martry and made him nuanced enough to add depth.
