Like I understand their significance, but do they have to be so vivid every time? Like damn, showing the aftermath is just as impactful, even more so if done right

See the storyline is really good and really tragic and I would totally enjoy reading this chapter all the way through if the author would just stop...drawing...graphic rape scenes...
