Btw mc is taking ml back yea, but he doesn't say 'I love you' back and ml clearly sees the feelings are different from when he loved him blindly and regrets it. He realizes mc loved him deeply and he destroyed that same love with his own hands, now he's managed to be with mc but the difference in their dynamics is huge (and tbh it's much more healthier bc mc has now a backbone and they treat each others as equals, mc has the upper hand actually so good for him)
